What the Watcher outfit was
The Watcher was awarded through a limited Support-a-Streamer campaign. Qualifying players unlocked it first in 7 Days Blood Moons, with the same cosmetic set scheduled to carry into 7 Days to Die after the crossover sync.

Your platform account for Fun Pimps games connected to Twitch. Use the official drops portal to link your account to Twitch, then confirm your platform choice, Steam, PlayStation, or Xbox.
How the 2025 Twitch campaign worked
These steps are kept for reference only. They no longer unlock the Watcher outfit.

On Twitch, go to a 7 Days Blood Moons stream with Drops enabled. You will see a small “Drops” tag on the category and on the channel.

Gift 2 subs during the live stream. Tier does not matter for this campaign. Multi‑month gifts count as one gift per sub.

If a “Claim” button shows in your Twitch Inventory, click it. If not, that is fine, some Support-a-Streamer rewards auto grant.
How to pick an eligible stream with Drops

Check the 7 Days Blood Moons category page, then open a channel and look for “Drops Enabled” under the title.

Avoid gifting in the plain 7 Days to Die category for this promo. The official instructions specify Blood Moons as the streaming category.
Where it appeared in Blood Moons after a claim

Launch Blood Moons after you gift. The Watcher set is available as a cosmetic in your customization menu in the lobby before you ready up.

If you do not see it right away, back to main menu and enter again. Some rewards appear after a fresh session.
When it was scheduled to arrive in 7 Days to Die

Expect the set to show up in 7 Days to Die about four weeks after you’ve earned it in Blood Moons. That delay is part of the crossover design.

When the sync happens, open your character’s Cosmetics/Wardrobe panel in 7DTD and look for Watcher pieces in the outfit list. Equip the look you want without changing your stats gear.
